On Wednesday, April 16th, around 6:00 pm, Officer Ayala with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for an equipment violation at Love’s Truck Stop.
During the investigation, sixty-six-year-old Seberino Arroyo Jr. of Plymouth was found to be driving without ever receiving a license.
Arroyo was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for knowingly or intentionally operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license. He was given a Marshall Superior Court II date in May and a $100 cash bond, which he posted later the same day.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
