A Plymouth Police Officer observed a blue minivan run the stop sign at Harrison Street and Oak Drive on Tuesday, March 5th at approximately 6:10 in the afternoon.
A traffic stop was initiated and the driver of the van, 62-year-old Jorge Figueroa-Espinoza of the 800 block of North 7th Street attempted to identify himself by another name and date of birth.
The identity of Figueroa-Espinoza was found later during the investigation of the traffic stop.
The driver's license status for Figueroa-Espinoza was found to be listed as a habitual traffic violator. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was lodged for habitual traffic violator as a level 5 felony and false informing as a class A misdemeanor.
