Waldron recovered from its first Mid-Hoosier Conference loss of the season to defeat Rising Sun in overtime Saturday, 50-48.
Emerson Lindsey hit a 3-pointer in overtime and finished with a game-high 16 points for the Mohawks (3-2). Jackie Corlett made two free throws in the extra session and had 11 points. Brooklyn Milbourn finished with nine.
In a tight contest that was tied after one quarter, Corlett and Abby Crouch each scored five points in the second quarter to get the Mohawks a 25-23 lead.
Rising Sun (1-4) cut the lead to 36-35 after three quarters.
Waldron was just 2 of 8 from the free throw line in the fourth quarter.
Jaylen Peelman led the Shiners with 13 points. Victoria Erickson had 12 and Carrigan Friend finished with 11.
On Friday, Hauser outscored the Mohawks 14-2 in the fourth quarter to seal a 45-30 conference win at Waldron.
Abby Manley led all scorers with 12 points for Hauser (5-1, 1-0 MHC). June Berkenstock finished with 11 points. Berkenstock and Abby Stacey, who finished with eight points, each scored six points in the decisive fourth quarter.
Milbourn led Waldron with nine points. Grace Fischer had seven.
Waldron hosts Greenwood Christian (1-4) Saturday afternoon.

Triton Central 66, Monrovia 64, OT
At Triton Central Friday, Maryrose Felling and Quinn King combined for 49 points to get the Tigers their first Hoosier Legends Conference victory.
Felling made just one 3-pointer in the win but had 10 total field goals and nine free throws to reach 30 points.
King scored nine of her 19 points in the second quarter to help Triton Central take a 31-28 lead into halftime.
The Tigers (2-2, 1-0 HLC) extended the lead to 49-41 after three quarters before being outscored 18-10 in the fourth.
The Bulldogs held a 59-56 lead with 24 seconds left in the fourth quarter but Felling’s only 3 of the game tied it and sent it to overtime where the senior scored five of her team’s seven points to secure the victory.
Zoie Walls led Monrovia (4-1, 0-1 HLC) with 20 points. Brynlee Hamblin finished with 13 and Grace Deaton added 12 in the loss.
Triton Central won the junior varsity game, 52-13. Hayden McMichael and Peyton Fillippinie each scored 11 points to lead the Tigers.
Triton Central is at Morristown Wednesday for a girls varsity-only contest at 6 p.m.
Southwestern 45, Crothersville 35
At Southwestern Saturday, the host Spartans used a 14-point fourth quarter to seal their first win of the season.
Maci Murray scored a game-high 14 points to lead Southwestern (1-5). Hayden Ramey finished with eight and Claire Utley added six points.
Kendra Kelshaw and Brooklyn Bottorff each scored nine points for Crothersville (0-4).
The Tigers built a 14-8 lead after one quarter but managed just seven points in each of the final three quarters.
The Spartans cut the deficit to 21-20 at halftime and held a 31-28 lead after three quarters.
Southwestern will host Class A, No. 15 Trinity Lutheran (2-1) on Saturday.
Morristown 49, Milan 24
At Morristown Thursday, Jayla Keithley scored 18 points and added 12 rebounds, seven assists and five steals to her stat sheet to lead the Yellow Jackets to the win.
Brooke Kuhn added seven points, two rebounds and three steals. Sawyer Rogers finished with six points and three steals.
Milan dropped to 0-6 this season.
On Saturday, Edinburgh pinned a second Mid-Hoosier Conference loss on the Yellow Jackets, 40-24.
Morristown dropped to 2-4 (0-2 MHC).
Edinburgh improved to 4-2 (1-0 MHC).
Morristown hosts Triton Central Wednesday in the annual girls/boys varsity-only doubleheader. The girls game tips off at 6 p.m. with the season opener for the boys to follow.

Triton Central placed sixth in the 22-team invitational and had one individual champion.
Zoie Gray, currently ranked No. 8 in the 190-pound weight class, won her weight class with three pinfall victories. She pinned New Palestine’s Miranda LaRoche in 2:59 in the championship match.
Aubrie Propp was runner-up at 110 pounds and had three pins. Lilly Seigel finished third (170 pounds) and Harper Young placed fifth (115 pounds).
