Greensburg volleyball remained unbeaten this season with a five-set win Thursday over visiting Triton Central.
The Pirates (3-0) raced out to a 2-0 lead before the Tigers rallied to win the next two sets.
In the end, Greensburg prevailed 25-11, 25-16, 17-25, 21-25, 15-11.
Audra Gehl led the Pirates with 13 kills. Victoria Stier and Claire Larrison each had 11 kills.
Setter Ali Wells racked up 40 assists.
Lucy May led Triton Central (2-1) with 15 kills. Addy Gibbs added nine kills and Savanna Plew and Ashlyn Hittle each had six kills.
Anna Kemper notched 34 assists in the loss.
Greensburg won the junior varsity match, 25-17, 23-25, 15-8.

Boys soccer
Shelbyville 10, Monrovia 0
At Shelbyville, the Golden Bears scored six goals in the opening 10 minutes and cruised to the program’s first Hoosier Legends Conference victory.
Joao Rivera scored three goals early and finished with four in the win. Logan Addis also had a hat trick with three goals. Keagan Pile had two goals and Aden Phares had one goal.
Corbin Martin earned the shutout in goal.
Shelbyville improved to 2-0.
Triton Central 5, Indian Creek 0
At Triton Central, the Tigers scored twice in the first half then secured the HLC victory with three more goals in the second half.
Triton Central improved to 1-1-1 this season.
Southwestern 4, Morristown 1
At Southwestern, Ethan Sipes scored a pair of first-half goals to lead the Spartans to the Mid-Hoosier Conference victory over the Yellow Jackets.
Southwestern led 2-1 at halftime before Landon Drake and Aiden Mitchell scored to extend the lead.
Morristown dropped to 0-2-1 this season.
The Spartans improved to 1-1.
Girls soccer
Triton Central 3, Southport 2
At Southport, the Tigers trailed 2-1 at halftime but scored two second-half goals to steal the road victory and improve to 2-1 this season.
Maddie Burnett scored twice for Triton Central and Rylee Pruitt had the other goal.
Boys tennis
Waldron 5, Madison 0
At Waldron, the Mohawks won all five matches in straight sets to secure their first home win of the season.
Charlie Fischer and Lincoln Fischer each won their matches, 6-0, 6-0.
At No. 3 singles, Noah Leap defeated Colin Zheng, 6-2, 6-1.
Waldron’s doubles pairings of Jackson Kuhn and Caige Sheaffer (No. 1 doubles) and Owen Hartman and Kevin Crouch (No. 2 doubles) lost a total of five games in their matches.
Triton Central 4, Heritage Christian 1
At Heritage Christian, the visiting Tigers dominated the three singles matches and added a three-set win at No. 1 doubles to secure the victory.
Brayden Hoover, Bradyn Robinson and Drayton Kermode swept the singles matches in straight sets.
At No. 1 doubles, Graham Gast and Colton Ayres defeated Heritage Christian’s Cooper Klopfenstein and Henry Morgan, 6-3, 3-6, 6-2.
The Eagles’ only win came in three sets at No. 2 doubles where Mason Weathers and Jude Young bested Owen Rice and Cash Eck, 5-7, 7-5, 7-5.
Triton Central improved to 3-0 this season.
Volleyball
Columbus North def. Shelbyville, 25-13, 25-16, 27-25
At Columbus North, Izabella Rice and Tania Maldonado combined for 22 kills to deal Shelbyville its first loss of the season.
Sophie Rohls and Rori Pollert delivered nine aces.
For Shelbyville (1-1), Annabelle Bringle and Jordyn Noe each had seven kills.
Addison Wooten had a team-high 10 digs.
