After struggling at home for most of the season, the Lawrenceville Lady Softball Indians have now won two in a row at Phil Alsman Field. They won over the Robinson Lady Maroons 4-3 in unusual fashion Monday. Two Lady Indian hitters were struck by pitches with the bases loaded in the bottom of the 7th driving in the tying and winning runs. Kenidee Boldt had three hits on the day to pace the offense. The squad improves to 11-16 on the season and pick up their first Little Illini Conference win. The Lady Indians are at home Wednesday versus Hutsonville-Palestine.
