Saturday, April 26, 2025 at 4:51 PM

By Staff report

Join the Indiana DNR and Eastern Illinois University (EIU) experts as they present about launching a catfish monitoring project, which will focus on data collection for multiple catfish species in the White and Wabash Rivers over the next three seasons.

This research will be completed by the Indiana DNR, Ball State University, and EIU. The study will increase our understanding of fish population dynamics in fisheries that allow commercial fishing and fisheries that do not.

This event will be held via Teams Live and is a virtual, webinar style event. Participants will be able to submit questions to the presenters, but participants will not be able to be seen or ask questions aloud. A recording of this webinar will be placed on the Indiana DNR YouTube channel following the event.
