Ryder S. Hansen, 19, of Plymouth passed away on Saturday August 8, 2026.
Ryder was born on January 25, 2007, in Plymouth to Jerra Hansen-Loftus and Ian Hansen.
Ryder was the light of everyone’s world, his smile made you smile. He graduated from Plymouth High School and was working as an electrician.
Ryder will be remembered as a lover of music and animals. He was funny and always positive, able to make a hard situation better just by being part of it. He was close to his family, dedicated to them, especially his mama and best friend Parker. Everyone looked up to him and will continue to do so.
Ryder is survived by his parents, Jerra Loftus and Ian Hansen, his siblings Emma Daniels (TJ Harkrader), Parker Hansen, and Zian Hansen, his niece Piper Harkrader, maternal grandparents Sheila and Grant Ellabarger, paternal grandparents Terry and Pam Hansen, and good friends Dylan, Kai, and Tyler. He also leaves behind his beloved cat, Pookie.
A celebration of life for Ryder will be held from 3pm-6pm on Thursday August 13, 2026, at the Palmer Funeral Home-Plymouth Chapel, 300 W. Madison St. Plymouth.
