Rosemary Woodall, 89, of Shelbyville

Rosemary Woodall, 89, of Shelbyville, was ushered into the arms of Jesus on Thursday, January 15, 2026 at MHP Medical Center.

Born on May 31, 1936, in Shelbyville she was the daughter of Arlie Kincaid and Connie (Lucas) Kincaid. She married Ernest Woodall on April 5, 1955 and he survives.

Other survivors include 3 children- Kathy Schuck of Waldron, Philip E. (Lou Ann) Woodall of Shelbyville, Diana Lynn Kortzendorf of Greenwood; 2 siblings- Joann Tucker of Shelbyville, Lester Kincaid of Florida; and grandchildren- Christy L. Parrish, John W. Yarber, Brittany N. Shroyer, Lindsey C. (Paul) Woodall-Turner, Lauren N. (Joby) Woodall-Johnson, Curtis A. Huffman, Grace R. (Chance) Kortzendorf; 10 great grandchildren; and 5 great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and son Steven M. Woodall.

Rosemary had been a lifetime Shelby County resident and graduated from Shelbyville High School. She attended Bible Holiness Church of Shelbyville, was a homemaker and also worked for Shelbyville Central School cafeteria for 25 years.

She enjoyed sewing, her flowers, watching cardinals out the kitchen window, cooking, but most of all loved spending time with her family.

Funeral services will be 11:00am, Monday, January 19, 2026 at Glenn E. George & Son Funeral Home, 437 Amos Road with Pastor Joseph Smith officiating.

Burial will be in Miller Cemetery.

Family will receive friends on Sunday, January 18 from 2:00-6:00pm, at the funeral home.
