Patricia A. Green, 88, of Plymouth

PLYMOUTH-Patricia A. Green, 88, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 31, 2026, at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Mishawaka.

Pat was born on September 15, 1938, in Cicero, Illinois, to James and Anna (Sobkowiak) Kaminski.

Later in life, Pat reconnected with a high school friend, Lou, and the two were married on January 29, 1992. Lou preceded her in death on December 2, 2005.

Pat was a woman of many talents, especially when it came to working with her hands. She had a gift for upholstering furniture and owned Redwood Road Antiques, where she continued sharing her creativity and craftsmanship. Although she officially retired in 1989, retirement never quite suited Pat. She enjoyed staying busy and spent several years working at her daughter's greenhouse, keeping herself active and doing what she loved.

Those who knew Pat will remember her as outgoing, spirited, and full of personality. She was never one to hold back and always told it like it was, whether you liked it or not! She enjoyed sewing and dancing and had a special talent for baking and decorating cakes, a skill she learned from her father, who was a baker. Pat also shared her love through the kitchen, and her family will fondly remember her infamous potato salad and homemade fudge.

Above all, Pat will be remembered for her independent spirit, her many talents, her candid sense of humor, and the love she shared with those around her. She leaves behind a lifetime of memories that will be treasured by her family and friends.

Pat is survived by 6 of her 7 children: Cheryl (Mark) Berger of LaPaz; Nancy (Doug) Pomeroy of Plymouth; Frank Harrell of Plymouth; Jim Harrell of Plymouth; Laura (Gary Brovold) Nifong of Niles, Michigan; and Victoria (Carey) Hahn of Walkerton. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, and her sister, Janet Russell of Plymouth.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Lou; son Larry Harrell; siblings, Kenneth Kaminski, Robert Kaminski, Shirley Snodgrass, and John Kaminski; her son-in-law, Bric Nifong; and her daughter-in-law, Ginger Harrell.

Pat will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Her feisty spirit, generous heart, and the special memories she created will live on in the hearts of those she leaves behind.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5, 2026, from 5-8 p.m. at Crossroads Church, 1650 N. Oak Road, Plymouth, IN 46563.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 6, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Crossroads Church with Pastor Tim Lee officiating. Visitation will resume 1 hour before the start of the service.

Burial will take place in New Oak Hill Cemetery.
