Officer Krynock with the Plymouth Police Department stopped a vehicle at North and Center Streets on Monday, December 15th, at about 8:15 in the morning after observing a traffic infraction.
The vehicle was being driven by Austin J Annis, 36, from Warsaw. He was found to have a license status of suspended prior.
Annis was lodged at the Marshall County Jail, given a court date of January 20, and a cash bond of $500.
