On the mentioned date and approximate time, Officers with the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to 309 North Kingston Road just after 6 a.m. Sunday, April 14th for an unwanted intoxicated person.
The male party was later identified as Richard Moses, 54 years old of Tamarack Road in Walkerton.
Moses was arrested for public intoxication, transported to Marshall County Jail, and booked in for public intoxication.
Richard was given a court date and a $250 cash bond.
