Published reports indicate that the United Cajun Navy is now going to join in on the search for a missing Louisiana man in the area. The group is a volunteer organization that assists with disaster response efforts and missing persons cases across the country. 33 year old Jared Michael McColloch has been missing for four months. He was last spotted in Carmi, Illinois at a gas station as he was traveling to Salem Indiana to visit his son and disappeared. McColloch is described as a white male, 5'9" tall with blond hair, blue eyes and tatoos.His truck was found near the Wabash River in Knox County Indiana. The United Cajun Army was contacted by McColloch's mother Tammy Reppond while they were searching for missing Missouri student Riley Swain in Nashville Tennessee. It is anticipated that their boats with enhanced lights and sonar will begin searching on the Wabash River in the next few days to a week.
