Plymouth Police arrested two men over the weekend on charges related to driving without a valid license.
Officer Krynock with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop at Fifth and Garro Street at 1:40 p.m. on Saturday, January 10th, for a traffic infraction.
The driver, Franklin Jose Banegas-Padilla, 39, of Monroe Street in Plymouth, was found to have never obtained a driver's license.
Banegas-Padilla was booked into Marshall County Jail at 2:18 p.m. He posted his $100 cash bond at 2:43 p.m. and was released with a court date.

On Sunday, January 11th, at approximately 10:35 a.m., Officer Krynock stopped a vehicle at U.S. 30 and Michigan Street. The driver, Miguel Angel Aguilar-Magno, 44, of Warsaw, was found to have never obtained a driver's license and was operating while under the influence of alcohol.
Aguilar-Magno was transported to Marshall County Jail at 12:23 p.m. and charged with operating while intoxicated and operating without a license. He was assigned a court date of February 17th and issued a $1,500 bond.
Aguilar-Magno posted his bond at 8:49 p.m. Sunday and was released.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
