Shawn Good, 34, and Bayleigh Malott, 24, both of Rochester, each face charges for allegedly dealing and possessing methamphetamine, as well as maintaining a common nuisance, following a recent narcotics investigation by the Fulton County Sheriff's Office.
A narcotics investigation by the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office has resulted in the arrest of a man and woman in Rochester.
On Wednesday at approximately 9:28 a.m., the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office and Rochester Police Department executed a search warrant in the 1800 block of Bachelor Lane, Rochester. During the search, law enforcement reportedly located more than 30 grams of methamphetamine, a firearm, additional controlled substances and items used to package and deliver narcotics.
Throughout the investigation, it was determined Shawn Good, 34, and Bayleigh Malott, 24, both of Rochester, were dealing in methamphetamine, police said.
Good was arrested and booked at the Fulton County Jail on charges of dealing methamphetamine, a Level 2 felony, possession of methamphetamine, a Level 3 felony, maintaining a common nuisance, a Level 6 felony, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, a Class A misdemeanor, and possession of paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor.
Malott also was arrested and booked at the Fulton County Jail on multiple counts of dealing methamphetamine, Level 3 and 4 felonies, multiple counts of possession of methamphetamine, Level 5 and 6 felonies, and maintaining a common nuisance, a Level 6 felony.
Assisting the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office were the Rochester Police Department, Indiana State Police and Marshall County Police Department.
