Beginning on or after Friday, crews will shift the I-70 eastbound traffic from the counterflow configuration to the newly constructed I-70 eastbound lanes. Crews will open the State Road 9 to I-70 eastbound ramp during this traffic shift.
Beginning on or after Tuesday, crews will shift the I-70 westbound traffic to the counterflow configuration. Crews will close the S.R. 9 to I-70 westbound ramp during this traffic shift.
This traffic shift will use the existing crossover lanes between C.R. N. 200 W. and Blue Rd. Motorists will remain in the new westbound traffic configuration through mid December, weather permitting.
