Lawrence County States Attorney Brady Waldrop has announced that three people were given prison sentences during recent appearances in Lawrence County Circuit Court.
35-year-old Tyler Daugherty of Vincennes (Indiana) was charged with Unlawful Delivery of Methamphetamine, a Class X Illinois felony and received 10 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections (IDOC) along with 18 months of mandatory supervised release.
39-year-old Tiffany Nowakowski of Lawrenceville was charged with Burglary, a Class 3 Illinois Felony and was handed 5 years in the IDOC to be followed by 6 months of mandatory supervised release.
37-year-old Ronald Wesner of Sumner was arrested for Aggravated Battery, a Class 3 Illinois Felony. He was placed on 24 months of probation but violated the terms. Wesner was given 3 1/2 years in the IDOC to be followed up by 6 months of mandatory supervised release.
