While investigating an early morning disturbance at the Economy Inn on North Michigan Street in Plymouth, city officers found an individual with a Body Attachment.
Around 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, Plymouth police officers were at the Economy Inn investigating a disturbance. During their investigation, it was determined that one of the individuals involved had a Body Attachment for his arrest.
Thomas Quinn Jr., 44, provided his address as 124 West Garro Street, Unit 843, the Plymouth Post Office. He had a Body Attachment issued for his arrest due to contempt of court on a civil charge in Marshall Superior Court II.
Quinn was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for the Body Attachment at 2:28 a.m. on Sunday. His cash bond was posted at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, and he was released on bond.
