On the evening of February 15th, at approximately 16:11, Plymouth Police were notified of a battery in progress.
Plymouth Police arrived on the scene at 617 Loon Court and found the suspect, 20-year-old Thomas Strietelmeier of Plymouth, inside the residence, where he resides.
Thomas Strietelmeier was arrested for battery, and transported to the Marshall County Jail, where he was booked in and issued a $250 cash bond and a court date.
WTCA noted that Thomas Strietelmeier was also arrested on January 3rd of this year for a battery charge.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgement of guilt may be made.
