State Road 39 will close between C.R. 400 N and C.R. 500 N on or after Tuesday, August 25 through late September for a bridge deck overlay preventive maintenance project over Emmett Ditch.
Motorists should seek alternate routes. State Road 39 is also closed between State Road 10 and State Road 8 in Starke County, so the official detour will follow State Road 14, U.S. 35 and State Road 8.
