Shelby County's Smithland Road has been closed recently with culvert projects in two locations.
Shelby County Highway Department Superintendent Ben Taylor says Smithland Road will reopen by 3 p.m. Thursday.
Taylor does note that they will still be working on Smithland Road Friday and next Tuesday under rolling lane closures.
