Three individuals found themselves behind bars in the Parke County Jail, booked after officers found children, drugs and paraphernalia inside a Parke County home while serving a warrant.
According to the Rockville Police Department, officers found methamphetamine, hypodermic syringes, controlled substances, marijuana and drug paraphernalia inside the house. Officers, who were there to serve a search warrant, also located three children.
Police arrested Damien Highwood, 37, Rockville, Christopher Lee, 54, Indianapolis, and Jessica Moreland, 43, Indianapolis, on a slew of charges.
Highwood was charged with maintaining a common nuisance, neglect of a dependent, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.
Lee was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Moreland was charged with possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a syringe and possession of paraphernalia.
