On Thursday, August 5th, the Marshall County Sheriff’s Detective Bureau obtained information that Jeremy Swank, 44, of Madison Street in Rochester, was at a residence in the 13,000 block of Michigan Road.
Swank was located at about 11 a.m., taken into custody, and arrested. He was booked into the Marshall County Jail on an active arrest warrant for possession of methamphetamine. The warrant was issued through Elkhart County.
