Plymouth woman arrested for driving without a licese after driving without headlights

Officer Ben McIntyre with the Plymouth Police Department arrested a Plymouth woman after she stopped her for failure to use headlights when required.

At 7 a.m. Wednesday, September 18^th, the officer was on patrol and observed 22-year-old Anyala Rodriguez Ordones driving without the headlights on.

During the investigation, Corporal McIntyre found that Rodrigues had never been issued a driver's license. She was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
