Plymouth Community School Corporation has announced Elizabeth Miller as the new principal of Webster Elementary School.
Miller is a longtime member of the PCSC family, having served in several roles within the corporation, including classroom teacher, Title I Interventionist, English Learner teacher, and Instructional Coach. That experience has shaped a student-centered leadership style grounded in collaboration, open communication, and strong relationships with students, staff, and families.
"Relationships are the foundation of everything we do," Miller said. "I want our students, staff, and families to know they will always have someone who listens, supports them, and is invested in their success."
Webster Elementary holds national recognition as a Model PLC at Work® School, reflecting its commitment to collaborative learning and continuous improvement — an area Miller has been actively involved in strengthening. Her priorities for the upcoming school year include supporting student growth, maintaining a positive school environment, and deepening family partnerships.
Superintendent Dr. Pamela Campbell expressed strong confidence in the appointment.
"Elizabeth has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to student learning and instructional excellence throughout her career with Plymouth Community School Corporation," Dr. Campbell said. "Her experience, collaborative leadership style, and genuine care for students, staff, and families make her an outstanding choice to lead Webster Elementary."
