Plymouth Police arrested a 46-year-old man on an outstanding warrant on Tuesday afternoon at the Economy Inn.
Officers responded to 2535 North Michigan Street at approximately 2:00 p.m. on December 17th, 2025, to locate a male subject wanted on an active arrest warrant.
Patrolman Thornton located Timothy Eric Davies, 46, in his room at the Economy Inn and placed him under arrest without incident.
Davies was transported to Marshall County Jail, where he was booked on the warrant for contempt of court.
No injuries were reported during the arrest.
