52-year-old Miguel Martinez Rojas of Hammond was arrested by Officer Krynock with the Plymouth Police Department on Tuesday, June 17th at 8:41 a.m.
Officer Krynock stopped the vehicle being driven by Rojas after he observed an infraction on U.S. 30 at Michigan Street.
During the investigation, it was discovered that Rojas was operating the vehicle without ever having received a driver's license.
Miguel Rojas was lodged at the Marshall County Jail, given a July 22nd court date, and a bond of $100. He was in jail for just over six hours and was released on bond at 3:35 p.m.
