A Plymouth man was taken into custody Tuesday afternoon after police discovered he had an active out-of-county warrant during a local investigation.
According to the Plymouth Police Department, officers were investigating a residence occupied by multiple individuals on the afternoon of March 10. During the course of the investigation, Officer Thornton identified one of the individuals as 33-year-old Danny Ray Clark, who resides in the 1700 block of Ritter Street.
A background check revealed that Clark had an active warrant for his arrest originating from outside of Marshall County.
Officer Thornton transported Clark to the Marshall County Jail, where he was booked and held on the outstanding out-of-county warrant.
Readers are reminded that criminal charges and warrants are mere allegations, and that individuals are presumed innocent unless or until proven guilty in a court of law.
