Officer Williams with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Plymouth man on Wednesday, December 4th, for operating a vehicle without ever receiving a driver's license.
At approximately 9 p.m., the county officer conducted a traffic stop in Plymouth at the intersection of Baker Street and Fairbanks Avenue.
The driver, 27-year-old Heisser Rodriguez-Valladares of West Washington Street, was taken into custody and booked into the Marshall County Jail. He posted the $100 cash bond an hour later and was released.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
