On Thursday, August 29th, at approximately 5:45 in the morning, police were dispatched to the intersection of Oak Drive and Pidco Drive for a minor vehicle collision between two vehicles.
Marshall County Officer Wozniak was the first on the scene to find that a white 2022 Lexus struck a 2009 Silver Honda, leaving very minor damage.
During his investigation, it was determined that the driver of the Honda, 51-year-old Rigoberto Ordonez-Ordonez of Plymouth, was operating the vehicle without ever receiving a driver's license.
Ordonez was booked into the Marshall County Jail for operating a vehicle without ever receiving a driver's license and held on a $100 cash bond.
