About 9 p.m. Tuesday, a Marshall County deputy was traveling east on US 30 near Gumwood Road when a vehicle passed the deputy in the passing lane going over 100 MPH.
The deputy then paced the vehicle going 105 MPH in a posted 60 MPH zone and conducted a traffic stop on a Tahoe. It was later determined that the driver, Terrance T. Freeman, 39, of Fort Wayne was operating a vehicle while never obtaining a driver's license.
Freeman was transported to the Marshall County Jail with a cash bond of $100.00.
Marshall County Sheriff's Office and Bourbon Police Department were involved in the incident.
