Just before midnight on July 4th Plymouth Police responded to a vehicle crash on Fifth Street near Adams Stree
The driver of the vehicle causing the crash, Tami Martinez, 50 of Pearl Street in Plymouth, was found to be intoxicated. During the officer’s investigation, it was determined that Martinez had a blood alcohol level over 4 times the legal limit at 0.355.
Tami Martinez was transported to the hospital for jail clearance before being transported to the Marshall County Jail. She was lodged for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated-Endangering and Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Over .15.
