On Thursday, May 30th at 10:54 p.m. an officer with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a moving violation at U.S. 30 and U.S. 31.
The driver later identified as Mugaisuddin Mohammed, 26, of Dublin Ohio. It was determined during the traffic stop that Mohammed has never had a driver license. He was transported to Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for operator never licensed.
