The Indiana American Water Company has the stretch of Defenbaugh Street closed between Market and Union streets, as well as Phillips Street between Kingston Road and Maple Street.
The northbound lane of Lafountain at Boulevard is closed for work by Kokomo Wastewater Treatment.
Superior Street, between Union and Main and Main Street from Superior to the bridge to the south will be closed again for construction of the hotel and convention center.
