Officer Witkowski with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a black Ford F150 at the intersection of Pidco Drive and Flora Streets on Thursday, March 27th, and arrested a man from Mississippi.
The driver, 48-year-old Jimmy M. Frith of Forest, MS, was found to be operating the vehicle while intoxicated. He was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
