There is good news regarding the disappearance of a Bicknell, Indiana woman.
The Knox County Sheriff's Department says that Melissa Myers has been located in the state of Missouri. The Silver Alert issued by the Indiana State Police for her was cancelled Tuesday evening.
The 54-year-old Myers was reported missing to authorities this past weekend after she was not seen after leaving a note indicating she was going to travel to Vincennes to apply for a job. She was last seen driving a black Mini Cooper with a temporary Missouri plate. Efforts to contact her cellphone and spot her vehicle on the roadways by law enforcement were unsuccessful.
No details were released regarding how she was found and in what area of Missouri were released.
