Join Miller’s Health Systems for their inaugural 2025 Walk-a-Thon to support Alzheimer’s and Dementia Services.
On Aug. 16, the community is invited to lace up their walking shoes and take part in a special Walk-a-Thon to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s and dementia. All proceeds from the event will benefit Alzheimer's & Dementia Services of Northern Indiana, Inc.
The walk will begin at the Young Amphitheater in Centennial Park and includes two scenic routes along the Greenway Trail. Whether you're walking in memory of a loved one, supporting a friend, or simply showing you care, this is a meaningful way to make a difference.
The walk begins at 9 a.m. Registration opens at 8 a.m. for money drop-off and T-shirt pick-up. The pre-registration deadline is July 18 to receive a free event T-shirt. Registration fee: $30 per person or $125 for a team of five, with same-day registration available.
This event is more than just a walk — it’s a step toward hope for the thousands affected by Alzheimer’s and dementia in our community.
