Attorney Jennifer Meltzer has joined local firm McNeely Law LLP.
Meltzer is a state representative that represents House District 73, which includes portions of Bartholomew, Decatur, Jennings and Shelby counties.
Meltzer has served the City of Shelbyville as its attorney. She previously served as deputy attorney general with the Indiana Attorney General’s Office, and worked for the Indiana Department of Health.
Meltzer received her Juris Doctorate from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
Meltzer lives in Shelbyville with her husband, Trent, and their three daughters, June, Rose and Pearl. She and her family are members of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Shelbyville. She is active in the community, serving as Vice Chair of the Republican Party now and secretary of the Shelby County Republican Party, and as a member of the Youth Assistance Program Board.
