A sweet opportunity to meet candidates for Shelby County offices is being held Tuesday evening.
'Sweet Treats and Candidates' is presented by Shelby County Farm Bureau. It's touted as a chance to meet candidates for Shelby County Council and County Commissioner.
The doors at the Family Arts Building on the Shelby County Fairgrounds will open at 5:45 p.m. The meet the candidates session will begin at 6:30 p.m. An ice cream bar will be offered during the event.
