Reports out of Vincennes indicate that Andrew Malone has been hired as the new principal at Franklin Elementary School in Vincennes.
The move was made Monday evening by the Vincennes Community School Corporation (VCSC) Board of Education. Malone has been with Lawrence County Unit #20 as assistant principal and most recently principal at Lawrenceville High School. The Vincennes Indiana native will be making a return home. He did spend 10 years as a teacher with the VCSC and was also a principal at the former Southwest Indiana Youth Institute.
