A local man was picked up by authorities early on Sunday, May 24th suspected of deliberately setting a fire.
The Lawrence County Sheriff's Department (LCSD) arrested 31-year-old Mikenze Valledor of St. Francisville and have preliminarily charged him with Arson. No other arrest details were given in the report as the investigation continues.
Valledor was transported to the Lawrence County Jail and was booked in there. He was being held on the charge pending the setting of a detention hearing.
