A Knox man was arrested by Plymouth Police for driving on a suspended driver’s license Wednesday morning, January 22nd at about 10:45.
Officer Krynock stopped Terry Rosander, 34, at Michigan and U.S. 30 for a traffic infraction. During the interaction the officer found Rosander had a license status of suspended-prior.
Terry Rosander was taken into custody, transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for driving while suspended with a prior. He was given a court date of February 18 and held on a $500 cash bond.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
