The Plymouth Fire Department responded to a structure fire at 6:53 p.m. Sunday, July 6th.
The report firefighters received said heavy smoke was coming from the house.
Assistant Chief Garcia said that when they arrived on the scene, smoke was showing throughout the house. The homeowners were out of the house, and a couple of dogs were helped out of the house after firefighters made entry.
The fire was in the kitchen and was extinguished by emergency crews.
Damage from the fire was contained to the kitchen, but there was smoke damage throughout the house.
No one was injured in the fire or by fighting the flames.
