A Plymouth man was arrested on Saturday after city police responded to the 700 block of Broadway Street for a domestic disturbance.
At about 10:50 p.m., officer Ayala was dispatched to the domestic and located 29-year-old Kalin J. Lord of Tomahawk Trail in Plymouth. After a brief investigation, Lord was arrested and transported to the Plymouth Hospital for jail clearance.
Once released, Lord was booked into the Marshall County Jail for domestic battery on a pregnant family member as a level 5 felony, domestic battery with moderate bodily injury as a level 5 felony, domestic battery in the presence of a minor as a level 6 felony, and disorderly conduct as a class B misdemeanor.
Kalin Lord was held on a $3000 cash bond and an automatic 24-hour hold due to the domestic battery charge.
