An Argos man was arrested after an officer with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department conducted a traffic stop on a Honda Ridgeline on U.S. 31 at 12th Road on Saturday, March 16th at 2:30 in the morning.
During the investigation, the officer found the driver, Mark W Jarvis, 60, of West Plum Street in Argos, to be under the influence of alcohol.
Mark Jarvis was found to have a BAC of .163. He was booked into Marshall County Jail for operating a vehicle while intoxicated at 3:54 a.m. and bonded out at 6:03 p.m. on Saturday.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
