The following person was recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Simon A. Soto, 31, South Bend, was arrested Thursday on a preliminary charge of driving after having been judged a habitual traffic violator. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at U.S. 31 and County Road 375 North and held on a $2,500 surety or $500 cash bond.
