The following were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• David L. Lowe, 37, 5997 E. 700 North, was arrested Tuesday on a preliminary charge of driving after having been judged a habitual traffic violator for life. He was taken into custody by state police at county roads 375 North and 100 West and held on a $7,500 surety or $1,000 cash bond.

• Kimberly S. Miller, 39, 1600 S. 1100 West, Kewanna, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant charging her with probation revocation on an original charge of theft. She was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at her home and held without bond.

• Cheyenne P. Miller, 32, of Rockville, was arrested Wednesday on a preliminary charge of public intoxication. She was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at Fort Wayne Road and County Road 900 East and later released on her own recognizance.
