The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Chelsi L. Cox, 33, 123 W. Fourth St., Rochester, was arrested Monday on preliminary charges of domestic battery, charged twice, and strangulation. She was taken into custody by city police at home and held without bond.

• William C. Kaiser, 81, Macy, was arrested Monday on warrants charging him with two counts of failure to appear on original charges of driving while suspended. He was taken into custody at the jail and held on cash bonds totaling $300.

• David D. Rotzien III, 51, South Bend, was arrested Monday on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on an original charge of driving while suspended. He was picked up at the Marshall County Jail and held without bond.

• Crystal M. Walker, 40, 717 Arthur St., Akron, was arrested Monday on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in court on an original charge of dealing methamphetamine. She was picked up at the Kosciusko County Jail and held without bond.
