The following person was recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• William J. Clemons, 54, 317 W. 11th St., Rochester, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant charging him with theft. He was taken into custody by city police at 705 E. Fourth St. and held on a $300 cash bond.
