Tragedy over the weekend in southwestern Indiana as a Knox County man dies of injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.
Reports indicate that 61-year-old Paul Emmons was traveling on the South Schoolhouse Road on Saturday, August 29th when he failed to negotiate a curve in the road and ran off it. He was not wearing a helmet and was ejected from the motorcycle.
Emmons was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes and was pronounced dead there.
Meanwhile, investigation is continuing into an apparent motorcycle accident with injuries on Sunday in Lawrence County (Ill.). The mishap occurring at the U.S. 50 at Country Club Road intersection west of Lawrenceville. GIANT-FM News will have additional details when they become available.
