While the winds were strong and the rain came in droves Wednesday night, Putnam County missed a lot of severe damage from storms that roared through.
According to David Costin, Putnam County Emergency Management Director, no injuries and no structural damage was reported as of 10:40 p.m. Wednesday night.
"There's about 20 reports od tree limb debris in the roadway and lines down north of Greencastle repaired," Costin confirmed to The Putnam County Post.
The storms did leave many without power, though.
"There's about 1,000 locations without power," Costin said.
